Barbara Heinrich’s visual imagery utilizes color, shape and form to create abstraction and an intersection in which all parts relate as in nature. Her work draws inspiration from African and Meso American Art along with Abstract Expressionists. Fields of color stike emotional responses.
Barbara has revisited silversmithing & jewelry design in her 30 years of owning a boutique in Minneapolis. She honed her craft while in Arizona in her 20’s and was influenced by the Southwest.
Hand carving was a large part of Barbara’s BFA in Sculpture from the U of MN. In addition to two dimensional paintings, she carves found driftwood into fish and animals forms.
George Heinrich’s sensitivity to light, composition, and space speaks to the beauty of Architecture. Heinrich is a strong exponent of classic Large-Format Architectural Photography.
