PLUS —Calling all artists, creators and puppeteers to get paid to build giant puppets, cocreate with locals and join in the parade! All events are FREE because this project is supported by a grant from the La Pointe Center for the Arts and the Wisconsin Arts Board with funds from the State of Wisconsin.
